Blas graduated High School at the age of 16 and immediately jumped into higher education. His personal academic journey propelled him into the pursuit for an innovative tomorrow.

Starting out at Broward College, Blas became directly involved with the operational side of education when he became the President of the Student Government Association. Later, equipped with a Biology degree minoring in Botanical Genetics, he continued his education at Florida International University (FIU) where he founded a pre-medical fraternity (PHI CHI) and obtained a Bio-Medical Engineering degree; shortly after he pursued a Masters is Business Finance.

All the while, he always had a passion for solving problems that impact social evolution. Staring a non-profit (The Cortxia Foundation) that works with special needs individuals throughout their academic life by genetically testing them to personalize and specifically tailor their lesson plans. Now he is venturing into his next revolutionary humanitarian solution, Tillage Tech.

Blas first saw the potential of his invention as Co-founder John and himself worked on building a backyard greenhouse that works with the system we call “Aquaponics”. This wasn’t enough for Blas he wanted to create a system that would incorporate high-level technology, scalability, and self-containment; that would survive in any climate. For him, this meant his vision could be the future of farming and the opportunity to feed the many.

Blas didn’t know at the time how large the market was and how serious of an impact he will create, but from the moment he knew he made it his life mission to get Tillage in the hands of every person in the world.

John’s story starts like any great philanthropist, from a young age he has been the protector and helper to those less fortunate. Throughout John’s journey, he quickly understood that food has always been the constant issue for majority of those in need. He opened a bakery in New Jersey that sold baked goods but were made by children from shattered homes, showing them a skill as well as keeping them off the streets. He then started to open local youth gyms in South Florida; teaching kids and emphasizing the importance of leading healthy lives.

John believes Tillage is pioneering ideas that will better humanity and the environment by feeding the world. Tillage will generate a force towards change and empowering those in need.

John has performed several related models to help support the main Tillage objectives, one of which was to establish a Frank’s Nursery & Craft in New York where he learned to manage plants and the stages of care throughout their growth cycle.

John received several Horticulturist and Botany degrees from the University of New York; with a continuous pursuit of knowledge, he returned to school to obtain a Network Administration degree. He undertook this Technology based degree because he knew that it would be the future of every industry.

When John met Blas he realized the futuristic vision Blas had for the world and they both instantly complimented each other’s strengths and weaknesses to create an effective team.

Marc is the Founder and President of Orion Innovations, a software development consulting company working in AI, machine learning, IOT, and blockchain technologies. Marc has over 30 years in software development, architecture, and management. In addition to Orion, Marc works with a number of companies in a CTO and/or advisory capacity, assisting in technology vision and architecture, planning, staffing and hiring.

Zain Mahmood has an extensive record of growth leadership across multiple industries, orchestrating business turnaround and re-launch, developing dynamic A Teams, acquiring companies & product lines, and subsequently generating double-digit growth.
Mahmood recently served as the fund-raise Chief Executive Officer and Member Board of Directors at Nuvoda, a green-tech, a start-up in the Water and Environmental Technology space. In this role, Mahmood successfully raised a C series fund and built a commercial and Operational team to successfully grow the company. Mahmood also serves as a founding Advisor and Board Member of SBK Ventures (Singapore), an investment vehicle for a family office and Venture Capital Group with investments in 22 high growth, tech startups based in Bangladesh.
